Sameer Malik known as Sam was born in New Delhi on the 27th Dec 1976 into an entrepreneur business family. He had a generous heart, peaceful, pure, lovely, warm-hearted smile and genuine person. He was a very calm and quiet boy with few golden words and very grounded. He was raised in India and moved to UK as a young boy to achieve his dream and complete higher studies, which he was very passionate about all his childhood.
Being in his passion and hobby for cooking, he started professional career with pub turned quality Punjabi-style restaurant Zan Zi Bar, it is North London's Premier Punjabi and North Indian Restaurant and Bar with a following which has been unrivalled since its opening in 2001. Zan Zi Bar's food is defined by robust and authentic cooking and today it is the NO. 1 Punjabi food Restaurant with have achieved several food critiques and awards.
In addition to the restaurant in London, Sameer got an opportunity to open several restaurants. he moved to Dubai, UAE in 2011 to start his new venture Kebab Grill 44, a north Indian restaurant serving authentic Indian food.
